Gia Rodriguez’s journey is nothing short of inspiring, starting from her humble beginnings in the picturesque countryside of the Dominican Republic and later moving to United States and settling in the community of Paterson, NJ. Being mentored, by co board member Myra Winter, who showed her the potential and future of graphic design with limitless possibilities.

With an unwavering commitment to positivity and joy, Gia approaches life with incredible passion, seizing every moment as an opportunity for growth. She strongly believes in forging our own unique paths and breaking the mold of conventional thinking—her motto is to not only think outside the box but to completely leave it behind!

Among her proudest achievements is the founding of her non-profit organization, http://HeavyLegacyFoundation.org, which embodies her dedication to making a difference.

In her role as partner in Heavy Graphics Marketing, she has earned the affectionate title of “Celebrity Designer Gia.” Gia has had the privilege of designing for notable celebrities like Pitbull, Kevin Durant, Dwyane Wade, Mario Chalmers, Carlos Boozer, Adina Howard, Trina, ROC Nation, Keith Sweat to name just a few.

Her extensive background in graphic design has fueled her desire to give back, leading her to co-found the Heavy Legacy Foundation. Through this initiative, she has developed innovative programs such as Dream To Design, ThanksGiveBack, and the Heavy Legacy Annual Toy Drive. Gia is truly passionate about fostering personal growth while empowering others to believe in their own potential!
